2.28.010 Required--Amount.¶
The city clerk and the city treasurer shall each execute to the city an official bond for the due and faithful performance of their respective official duties in the penal sums as follows:
City clerk--$5,000.00
City treasurer--$5,000.00. (Ord. 1 §1, 1946).
