3.65.010 - Deductions from parimutuel pools.¶
The city authorizes to be deducted from the parimutuel pools, pursuant to California Business and Professions Code Section 19610.3, 0.33 of one percent from the total parimutuel wagers placed within the inclosure of the 28th District Agriculture Association currently located at the county fairgrounds.

3.65.020 - Authorization for deductions.¶
The city authorizes the 28th District Agriculture Association to deduct from its parimutuel pools 0.33 of one percent of the total wagers placed within its inclosure.
