Victorville Municipal Code Ch. 10.10 Electric Service

(a) The furnishing of electric utility services to the customers of the city's municipal utility shall be subject to the Victorville Municipal Utilities Services Electric Service Rules, Regulations and Rate Schedules (the "electric service rules, regulations and rates") set forth in attachment 1 of this ordinance [Ordinance No. 2240], which attachment 1 is hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein, unless specified otherwise in a written contract.

(b) A current copy of the electric service rules, regulations and rates shall be retained at city hall by the city clerk and/or the public works department, and shall be available for public inspection upon request. Such rules and regulations may be amended from time to time by resolution of the city council, following an appropriately noticed public hearing.

The city's municipal utility shall furnish electric utility services to its customers under the current rate schedules set forth in appendix A of attachment 1 of this ordinance [Ordinance No. 2240], and such rate schedules shall govern unless otherwise modified by written contract. The rate schedules in appendix A may be amended from time to time by resolution of the city council, following an appropriately noticed public hearing.
