7.97.010 - Mailboxes or receptacles forbidden in public right-of-way in residential zones.

No person shall place any mailbox or other mail receptacle within the public right-of-way in any residential zone, as defined by Title 16, Zoning, unless mail service was provided to such mailboxes or mail receptacles within the right-of-way prior to January 1, 1974.
