7.94.010 - Evasion of an admission fee.

It is unlawful for any person to enter, or attempt to enter, premises for which an admission fee is charged such as a theme park, theater, sporting event, dance, etc.) without paying the admission fee, or without authorization of the person in charge of the premises.

7.94.020 - Unsafe or disruptive conduct.

A. It shall be unlawful for any person attending a place of amusement open to the public, such as an amusement park, theater, sporting event, dance or other place of entertainment, to do any of the following actions without lawful authority:

  1. Line jumping - stepping, jumping, or pushing into lines ahead of others who are waiting.

  2. Running - running with willful and reckless disregard for the safety of others, including but not limited to:

a. running through substantially congested pedestrian areas;

b. running into another person;

c. running which causes another to abruptly move out of the way to avoid collision.

  1. Throwing or dropping of objects - willful and reckless throwing or dropping of any object which may injure another person or damage the personal property of another person.

7.94.030 - Violation.

Such conduct or actions shall be deemed unsafe or disruptive and considered a threat to public health and safety. Every person who engages in the herein prohibited actions shall be deemed guilty of an infraction, punishable as set forth in Section 1.12.010 of this code.
