§ 2.44.010. Authorized contract with State.¶
An amendment to the contract between the City of Union City and the Board of Administration of the California Public Employees' Retirement System is authorized, a copy of said amendment being on file in the office of the City Clerk, and by such reference made a part of this section as though set out in full.

§ 2.44.020. Execution of amendment to contract.¶
The Mayor of the City of Union City is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the amended contract, referred to in Section 2.44.010, for and on behalf of the City.
