§50: Place Of Meetings

§51: Time Of Meetings

The regular meetings of the city council and all other meetings of said council shall be held at such location or locations as the city council shall establish from time to time by resolution. Copies of any such resolution shall be posted at the location, if any, where the city council met prior to passage of the resolution and at the location established by the resolution and shall be published once in a newspaper of general circulation published in the city. Such posting and publication shall occur at least five (5) days prior to the first meeting at the location established by the resolution. The regular meetings of the city council shall be held on the first and third Wednesday of every month at a quarter-hour past five o’clock (5:15) P.M., unless a different regular meeting time is established by resolution. Any such resolution shall be posted and published as provided in section 50 of this article.
