§1850 ESTABLISHMENT OF LIBRARY¶

A public library is hereby established in and for the City to be maintained in all respects in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 170 of the Statutes of 1901, as amended by Chapter 292 of the Statutes of 1905. (Ord. 128, adopted 1906)
