§4370 UNLAWFUL TO DEPOSIT RUBBISH ON STREET

It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit tree trimmings, rubbish or debris in the gutters or upon the sidewalks adjacent to the gutter, or upon the public streets in the City. (Ord. 385, §1, adopted 1945)

§4371 VIOLATION A MISDEMEANOR

Any person violating this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months or by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 385, §2, adopted 1945)
