2.48.010 - Title.

This chapter shall be known as the "Trinity County standards and training ordinance."

2.48.020 - Adherence to standards.

While receiving any state aid pursuant to Article 3, commencing with Section 6040 of the California Penal Code, the county will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the board of corrections.
