2.12.010 - Title.¶
This chapter shall be known as the "Trinity County public guardian ordinance."

2.12.020 - Established.¶
Pursuant to Section 8000 of the Welfare and Institutions Code of the state, there is established, within the county, the position of public guardian.

2.12.030 - Bond.¶
The public guardian shall file an official bond in the amount of five thousand dollars, which bond shall inure to the joint benefit of the several guardianship or conservatorship estates in the county and such public guardian shall not be required to file bonds in individual estates. The expense of such bond shall be charged against the treasury of the county.

2.12.040 - Compensation.¶
Compensation for the office of the public guardian shall be set forth in the current Trinity County salary schedule.
