2.16.010 - Established.

There is in Trinity County the office of county sealer of weights and measures.

2.16.020 - Appointment—Term.

The sealer shall be appointed by the board of supervisors for a term of four years.

2.16.030 - Compensation.

The salary of the sealer shall be fixed by the board of supervisors and he shall receive his necessary traveling and other expenses incurred in the performance of his duties.

The sealer shall have the powers of, and shall perform all duties of, a county sealer of weights and measures as may be prescribed by the laws of the state.
