2.05.010 - Custody and use.

A. There is established a seal of the County of Trinity which shall be called "The Seal of the County of Trinity."

B. The seal of the County of Trinity, State of California shall be used by the county's departments as authorized by the board of supervisors.

C. The county administrative office shall have custody and charge of the official seal and logo of the County of Trinity, State of California.

2.05.020 - Design.

The design of the seal of the County of Trinity shall correspond substantially with the following representation thereof:

2.05.030 - Use.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use or allow to be used any reproduction or facsimile of the seal of the County of Trinity, except county departments for official business, in any manner whatsoever, without the written consent of the county administrative officer or designee.
