Sec. 9-3.401. Fees.

Fees for processing subdivision matters pursuant to this chapter shall be paid in the amount prescribed by resolution of the Council. Except as otherwise specified in such resolution or in this Code, such fees shall not be refundable. (Ord. 744-NS, eff. April 17, 1980)
