Sec. 9-9.01. Time limitations for judicial reviews of City decisions or actions taken.

Section 1-4.05 of this Code shall apply to any action or decision taken pursuant to this title. (§ II, Ord. 705-NS, eff. March 29, 1979, as amended by § 24, Ord. 907-NS, eff. February 11, 1986)
