11.08.010 - Through highways established.¶
A "through highway" is a highway or portion thereof at the entrance to which vehicular traffic from intersecting highways is regulated by stop signs or traffic-control signals, or is controlled when entering on a separated right-turn roadway by a yield-right-of-way sign. Through highways are hereby established as set out in this chapter.
