11.23.010 - Fire season road closures.

Pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 942.5, subdivision (a) and Vehicle Code Section 21101, subdivision (a)(1), the board of supervisors has found that the closure of the following roads from June 1 to November 15 is necessary for the protection of the public and that these roads are not needed for public use during that time. These roads are hereby directed to be closed from June 1 to November 15, and the director of public works is authorized to place and remove such barricades, signs, or other warning devices as may be necessary to effect such closures and reopenings:

  1. Gonsalves Road (County Road No. 585).
