11.04.010 - Speed limits—Designated—Authority.¶

Pursuant to the authority contained in Section 22358 of the California Vehicle Code, the board of supervisors has determined upon the basis of an engineering and traffic survey, that the speed limit of fifty-five miles per hour is more than reasonable or safe upon certain roads.
