11.21.020 - Violation—Criminal penalty.¶

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

This chapter shall become effective immediately upon its passage at the time of introduction.
