9-12-1: INFRACTION:

(A) Any person who is convicted of violation of any provision of this title shall be guilty of an infraction punishable by:

  1. A fine not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first violation;

  2. A fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a second violation of the same ordinance within one year;

  3. A fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each additional violation of the same ordinance within one year. (Ord. 651-97, 2-18-1997)
