2-7-1: ERECTION:

Television or radio poles or masts installed or erected on or near buildings shall be constructed of substantial material and sufficiently rigid to prevent breaking or bending.

All masts or poles shall be guyed by galvanized wire of not less than twelve (12) gauge, or its equivalent in stranded or other multiple wire. There shall be not less than three (3) guys properly anchored at three (3) anchor points, and in a manner satisfactory to the Building and Electrical Inspectors and in addition shall conform to the regulations of the Power Company that have been approved by the Public Utilities Commission of the State. 2-7-2: DUTY OF THE ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR:

The Electrical Inspector shall inspect all poles and masts installed and upon payments of the inspection fee provided in the Electrical Code shall issue a certificate of inspection. (Ord. 171 N.S., 3-6-1950)

2-7-3: LEAD-IN CABLES:

Lead-in cables shall be grounded with a lightning arrestor, grounded to a common ground of not less than eight (8) gauge copper wire. (Ord. 171 N.S., 3-6-1950)
