2.04.010 - Meetings—Place.¶
Meetings of the city council shall be held in the Council Chambers of the Suisun City Civic Center at 701 Civic Center Boulevard, Suisun City, unless another location is designated in accordance with applicable requirements.

2.04.020 - Meetings—Regular day.¶
Regular meetings of the city council shall be held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month; however, each Tuesday shall be considered a regular meeting day if necessary to carry out the business of the city.

2.04.030 - Meetings—Regular time.¶
Regular meetings shall be held at a time established by resolution.

2.04.040 - Filling of vacancies.¶
To the fullest extent provided by Government Code Section 36512, any vacancy on the city council shall be filled by appointment pursuant to Government Code Section 36512 for the unexpired balance of the term of office and as provided by Government Code Section 36512 as it may be amended from time to time.

2.04.050 - Administrative policies.¶
The council shall, from time to time by resolution, establish administrative policies for the use of city funds. Such policies shall apply to the city council, city boards and commissions and city employees as applicable. These policies are available upon request from the city manager's office.

2.04.060 - Term limits.¶
A. No person shall be elected or appointed to more than four terms as an elected mayor or member of the city council in the City of Suisun City. For the purposes of calculating the number of terms in the limitation on terms of office, the terms served by a person elected or appointed to an elected office of the city council in the City of Suisun City shall be aggregated with terms served by that person in any other elected office of the city council in the City of Suisun City. For example, if a single person serves three terms as mayor, that same person can only serve one more term either as mayor or a city council member.
B. The limitation on terms of office described in this section shall not apply to any unexpired term to which a person is elected or appointed if the remainder of the term is less than one-half of the full term of office.
C. The term limits described in this section shall apply prospectively to terms of office beginning after the November 2020 election.
