Chapter 17.40 — ADMINISTRATION — Suisun City Planning Code

17.40.010 - Advisory agency.¶

The planning commission is designated as the advisory agency to the city council. It shall have all the powers and duties with respect to tentative and parcel maps and procedures relating thereto which are specified by the Subdivision Map Act and this chapter.

17.40.020 - Subdivision review board.¶

There is created a subdivision review board, to consist of the chief building inspector, the planning director, the fire chief, the police chief, the parks and recreation director, the public works director/city engineer and other department heads as requested by the planning director. The board shall have the powers and duties as specified by this division of this title and shall act in an advisory capacity to the planning commission.

17.40.030 - Rules and regulations.¶

The planning director may adopt rules and regulations relating to and necessary and proper for the interpretation and administration of this division of this title consistent with the provisions thereof as approved by the city council.
