§ 2.02.010. Policy.¶
Members of Stockton City Council are subject to the City's Conflict of Interest Code adopted and amended by City Resolution.
Members of Boards, Commissions and Committees of the City of Stockton are subject to the City's Conflict of Interest Code adopted and amended by City Resolution.
The City Clerk is authorized by Government Code Section 91013 as the Filing Official for the City of Stockton.
