§ 16.40.010. Construction, reconstruction, abandonment and destruction standards—County…¶

There is adopted by the city council of the city, for the purposes of prescribing regulations for the construction, reconstruction, abandonment and destruction of wells within the city, that certain codified ordinance of the county of Orange found in Title 4, Division 5, Article 2, in the Orange County Code entitled "Construction and Abandonment of Water Wells" and dated July 18, 1972. At least one copy of Title 4, Division 5, Article 2 of the Orange County Code is now filed in the office of the city clerk, and the same is adopted and incorporated as if set forth at length in this chapter.
