§ 16.28.020. Temporary permits.

The building department may issue temporary permits for the use of trailers for such purposes as follows:

A. To contractors, builders, architects, developers, etc., in conjunction with construction projects;

B. To local charitable organizations which are authorized to solicit funds for charitable purpose within the city.

§ 16.28.030. Permit renewal.

Such permits shall be for a period of not to exceed three months, but may be renewed for additional periods. So long as such trailers and the use thereof does not, in the opinion of the building official, create a fire hazard or constitute a determent to public health or safety he or she may permit their use without compliance with other ordinances and codes of the city.
