§ 3.28.010. Basis of discipline and procedure.

An employee in the classified service who has permanent status shall be subject to disciplinary action pursuant to this chapter and as established in the personnel manual. Specific rules regarding causes, notice, appeals, and hearings, shall be adopted by the board and set forth in the personnel manual, except for those rules and procedures contained in specific labor MOUs or established individually by departments.
