Calgreen Building Standards And Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance
§ 14.06.08.010. CalGreen building codes.[35 ]¶
The CalRecycle regulations pursuant to which this chapter has been adopted mandate, among other things, that the city adopt an ordinance that requires compliance with certain provisions of the California Green Building Standards Code. The city has long had such an ordinance, codified at Chapter 9.08. Reference is made to that chapter with respect to obligations of generators, haulers, the city and others as to the California Green Building Standards Code. (Ord. 2021-12-CC § 2 (Exh.
