TRASH RECEPTACLES FOR SALES FROM MOTORIZED VEHICLES

§ 6.51.010. Trash receptacles required.

Every person, firm or corporation which dispenses food or beverages of any kind from a vehicle shall maintain a clearly identifiable trash receptacle in the immediate vicinity, bearing a sign which requests patrons to deposit litter and trash therein, and, prior to leaving the location, shall pick up, remove, and dispose of all trash or refuse consisting of materials originally dispensed from the vehicle, including all packages, containers, and wrapping used with or for dispensing such food or beverages.
