Sec. 5-12.101. - Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to regulate users of County septage receiving facilities pursuant to the County's police powers to regulate the health, safety and welfare of its citizens.

Sec. 5-12.102. - Fees.

The following fees shall be assessed for septage effluent deposited at Siskiyou County's septage receiving facilities:

$.10 per gallon

Sec. 5-12.103. - Facilities subject to fee.

The fees established herein shall be applicable to the Tulelake Septage Receiving Facility and the Montague Septage Receiving Facility. The facility located at Happy Camp shall be exempt from assessment of fees so long as it remains under contract with the County of Siskiyou for repairs and maintenance.
