Sec. 3-4.901. - Operation of certain vehicles on County roads prohibited.¶

It shall be unlawful to operate or move upon any oiled, paved, or macadamized highway of the County any vehicle which has affixed to the wheels or movable tracks thereof corrugations, lugs, gougers, cleats, or other protruding implements capable of displacing, removing, digging up, breaking down, or in any manner disfiguring or destroying the surface of such highway (§ 1, Ord. 149)
