Sec. 3-4.801. - Signs.

It shall be the duty of the Road Commissioner to post, or cause to be posted, adequate signs on roads as designated by this Article.

Sec. 3-4.802. - Vehicle load limits: 20,000 pounds.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate, or permit to be driven or operated, any motor or other vehicle which, including the gross load, exceeds 20,000 pounds or any other object or contrivance for moving loads on the following County roads:

(a) On Oberlin Road from a point 3,100 feet east of the intersection of Oberlin Road with U.S. Highway 99 to a point at the intersection of Oberlin Road to its intersection with the Montague-Grenada Road, and adequate signs shall be posted at a point 3,100 feet east of the intersection of Oberlin Road with U.S. Highway 99 and at the intersection with Montague-Grenada Road.

Sec. 3-4.803. - Vehicle load limits: 14,000 pounds.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate, or permit to be driven or operated, any motor or other vehicle with a gross weight which exceeds 14,000 pounds or any other object or contrivance for moving loads on the following County roads:

(a) On Old Stage Road (County Road 2M02) from its intersection with West Jessie Street to its intersection with Davis Place, and adequate signs shall be posted at the intersection of Old Stage Road and West Jessie Street and the intersection of Old Stage Road and Davis Place; provided, however, the use of such roadway by such vehicles shall be permitted if the destination of the haul is within the area served by such roadway.

Such restricted vehicles, objects, or other contrivances for moving loads shall use the following alternate route: north on Old Stage Road to Abrams Lake Road; east on Abrams Lake Road to Interstate 5; south on Interstate 5 to West Jessie Street; and west on West Jessie Street to Old Stage Road;

(b) On Old Stage Road from its intersection with Azalea Road (County Road 2M49) to its intersection with County Road 1M066, and adequate signs shall be posted; provided, however, the use of such roadway by such vehicles shall be permitted if the destination of the haul is within the area served by such roadway. Interstate 5 is hereby designated as the alternate route between South Old Stage Road (County Road 2M02) and County Road 1M066; and

(c) On Rolling Hills Drive (County Road 7J003), Valley Drive (County Road 7J034), Arroyo Drive (County Road 7J032), and Del Court (County Road 7J035).
