Siskiyou County Municipal Code Ch. 26 Probation Services

The provisions of Section 1203.1b as amended by Chapter 1059, Statutes 1989, are hereby adopted. The Probation Department is hereby given the authority to implement and carry out the provisions of said section subject to approval by the Superior Court of the County of Siskiyou.

Pursuant to California Penal Code Section 1203.1b and the authorities set forth below, the following Probation Department Fees are hereby adopted:

(a) Juvenile and adult home incarceration (PC 1203.1b and 903.2 WIC) daily cost .....$12.50

(b) Juvenile and adult home incarceration fee set-up (PC 1203.1b and 903.2 WIC) initial set-up .....$40.00

(c) Adult supervision fee—Standard (PC 1203.1b) per month .....$40.00

(d) Adult supervision fee—Administrative (PC 1203.1b) per month .....$25.00

(e) Adult presentence report fee (Superior (PC1203.1b)) .....$420.00

(f) Adult discharge petitioner costs (PC 1203.4) .....$52.00

(g) Adult dismissal of charge costs (PC 1203.4a) .....$52.00

(h) Adult interstate compact report costs and processing fees (PC 11189 and 1203.1b) .....$200.00

(i) Adult supplemental report (PC 1203.1b) .....$200.00

(j) Juvenile and adult drug testing fee with no lab services (PC 1203.1ab/729.9 WIC) per test .....$9.00

(k) Juvenile and adult drug testing fee with 1 lab service (PC 1203.1ab/729.9 WIC) per test .....$24.00

(l) Juvenile and adult drug testing fee—Additional lab services (PC 1203.1ab/729.9 WIC) per test .....$15.00

(m) Juvenile probation administration fee = 10% of fines .....10% of fines

(n) Adult probation administration fee—Installment payments only (PC 1205d) .....$35.00

(o) Returned NSF check fee (GC 6157) .....$15.00

(p) Juvenile hall daily institution fee (903/904 WIC) .....$15.00

(q) Juvenile record sealing costs (PC 1203.45 and 903.2 WIC) .....$80.00
