Sec. 3-4.401. - Markings.

The provisions of this Article shall be effective only upon the painting of lines or other distinctive markings on the surface of the portions of the roadways designated by the provisions of this Article.

Sec. 3-4.402. - Violations of provisions.

Every person convicted of a violation of the provisions of this Article shall be punished as provided in Section 560.5 of the Vehicle Code of the State.

Sec. 3-4.403. - Pedestrian rights-of-way.

The driver of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to a pedestrian crossing the roadway within any marked crosswalk or within any unmarked crosswalk at an intersection.

Sec. 3-4.404. - Pedestrian crosswalks established.

Pedestrian crosswalks are hereby established at the following designated locations:

(a) On South Davis Avenue in the Town of Weed approximately 466 feet in a northeasterly direction on South Davis Avenue from the center of the intersection of Hillside Drive and South Davis Avenue; and

(b) On South Davis Avenue in the Town of Weed approximately 817 feet in a northeasterly direction of South Davis Avenue from the center of the intersection of Hillside Drive and South Davis Avenue.
