Sec. 3-4.101. - Motor vehicles on airport property.¶

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate any motor vehicle upon the runway or any other portion of any County-owned airport, except in the places provided for such use or unless such motor vehicle is being operated on official business and by authority of the Board.
