6-12.301 - Prohibition.

No Responsible Party will Discharge Stormwater containing Pollutants that have not been reduced to the Maximum Extent Practicable by application of BMPs.

6-12.302 - Methods of Pollution Reduction.

(a) Methods of Pollution reduction proposed by a Discharger will be evaluated by the Director pursuant to the City's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System, the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, Permit No. CAS004002 or this chapter, and if approved, will be deemed acceptable BMPs.

(b) Methods of Pollution reduction proposed by a Discharger must be designed to meet or exceed the BMP standards found in the City's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit No. CAS004002 or this chapter.

6-12.303 - Compliance with Maximum Extent Practicable.

All Dischargers must comply with Maximum Extent Practicable standards contained in the Clean Water Act, Section 402(p)(3)(B)(iii), and in accordance with City's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit No. CAS004002.
