Editor's note— Ord. No. 1271 and WWD-16, § 2, adopted May 15, 2017, effective June 15, 2017, repealed the former Chapter 9, §§ 2-9.101—2-9.109, 2-9.201—2-9.208, 2-9.301—2-9.306 and 2-9.401—2-9.405, and § 1 of Ord. No. 1271 enacted a new Chapter 9 as set out herein. The former Chapter 9 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 1203 and WWD-12, effective December 20, 2012; Ord.
