6-9.01 - Stagnant pools of water prohibited.

No person shall allow, suffer, permit, or maintain, whether by commission or omission, any standing or stagnant pool of water which, if left untreated or unabated, may be a source for mosquito breeding, uncontrolled weedy growth, or cause a malodorous condition or a condition dangerous for children.

6-9.02 - Violations: Public nuisances.

Any violation of Section 6-9.01 of this chapter shall be deemed a public nuisance and subject to the criminal, civil, or administrative provisions of Chapters 2, 5, and 6 of Title 1 of this Code.
