5.32.010 - License issuance.

No person shall be issued a license to engage in the business of junk dealer or automobile dismantling dealer until the application for any such license is approved by the planning commission. Such approval shall be granted only if and when, to the satisfaction of the planning commission, the place of business of the applicant for any such license is completely enclosed in a building or by a fence, sufficient to protect the public and residents of the vicinity from any offensive views thereof.

5.32.020 - Junk dealer—Business enclosure requirements.

It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business of junk dealer, unless the place of business of such junk dealer is completely enclosed in a building or by a fence sufficient to protect the public and residents of the vicinity from any offensive views thereof.

5.32.030 - Automobile dismantling—Business enclosure requirements.

It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business of automobile dismantling, unless the place, where such automobile dismantling is carried on, is completely enclosed in a building or by a fence sufficient to protect the public and residents of the vicinity from any offensive views thereof.
