5.12.010 - Consumption.

No person shall consume any beer, wine or any other alcoholic beverage on any street, sidewalk, pedestrian mall, alley, highway, public parking lot or any other public property or any private parking lot open to public use in the city.

5.12.020 - Possession of open containers.

No person shall possess any alcoholic beverage receptacle which has been opened, where the seal is broken, or any contents removed on any street, sidewalk, pedestrian mall, alley, highway, public parking lot or any other public property, or any private parking lot open to public use in the city.

5.12.030 - Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed fifty dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed five days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
