16.24.010 - General.¶
The procedure for processing, approval, conditional approval or disapproval and filing of parcel maps and modifications thereof, shall be as provided herein. The provisions of Sections 16.34.040, 16.34.050, and 16.34.060 relating to dedications and offers of dedication on final maps shall apply to dedications and offers of dedication on parcel maps.

16.24.020 - Filing map.¶
After the approval or conditional approval of the tentative map, the subdivider may cause a parcel map to be prepared in accordance with the requirements of this chapter and any applicable conditions of the tentative map. Said parcel map shall be filed with the city engineer not less than three weeks prior to the expiration of the tentative map. The parcel map shall meet all conditions of this chapter and the tentative map approval and shall contain all required certificates appropriately signed and acknowledge where necessary, prior to filing the map with the city engineer. Final approval of parcel maps is vested in the council.

16.24.030 - Accompanying report.¶
The parcel map shall be accompanied by a report prepared by a duly authorized title company naming the persons whose consent is necessary to the preparation and recordation of the map and to the dedication of land and certifying that as of the date of the preparation of the report, the persons therein named are all the persons necessary to give clear title to the subdivision.
