Scotts Valley Municipal Code Ch. 16.18 Environmental Impact Reports

Environmental impact reports (EIR's) are frequently required when processing tentative maps. If an EIR is required pursuant to the current Environmental Impact Report Guidelines adopted by the council and applicable state and federal laws, no tentative map filed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be approved until said EIR is prepared, processed and considered in accordance with the provisions of the EIR Guidelines. The subdivider shall pay such fees as may be required by the city for the preparation and processing of environmental review documents.
