10.20.010 - Parking and use of vehicles by itinerant vendors.¶
It is unlawful for any person to stand or park any vehicle, motorized or nonmotorized, on any portion of any private property or public street within any commercial or industrial zone district of the city for the purpose of selling, displaying, soliciting, offering for sale, bartering or exchanging goods, wares, merchandise, fruits, vegetables, foodstuffs or beverages therefrom. However, such vehicles may stand or park for such purposes on private property or public streets in any other zone district, but only at the request of a bona fide purchaser.

10.20.020 - Permission or consent prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for any owner of real property or resident or occupant of real property to permit or consent to any person standing or parking a vehicle in violation of this chapter.

10.20.030 - Exceptions.¶
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the standing or parking of catering trucks (i.e., motorized vehicles from which fruits, vegetables, foodstuffs or beverages are sold, displayed, solicited, offered for sale, bartered or exchanged; to persons operating nonmotorized vehicles within a parade route during a parade; to persons delivering such articles upon order of, or by agreement with, a customer located at and operating a store or other fixed place of business or distribution; or to persons engaged in a delivery or courier service with respect to documents or packages.
