16.14.010 - Generally.

The procedures set forth in this section shall govern the processing, approval, conditional approval or disapproval, and filing of tentative, final, and parcel maps, and the modification thereof. Unless otherwise modified by the city council, no tentative map, final map, or parcel map, shall be submitted for processing, approval, conditional approval or disapproval for any parcel, or portion of a parcel, for which a parcel map, or final map, has been recorded at the county recorder's office within the previous eighteen months.

16.14.020 - Extension of time limits.

The time limits specified in this chapter for reporting and acting on maps may be extended by mutual consent of the subdivider and the council.

16.14.030 - Processing fees established by resolution.

Processing fees shall be established by resolutions of the council for tentative maps, final maps, and parcel maps. See Chapter 16.38. The prescribed fees, plus recording fees, when applicable, must be paid when the maps are filed.

16.14.040 - Public hearing.

Whenever a public hearing is required pursuant to this chapter, notice of the time and place thereof, including a general description of the location of the subdivision or proposed subdivision, shall be given by publication once in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the city at least ten days before the hearing. Any interested person may appear at such a hearing and shall be heard.
