9.46.020 TELEPHONE ADVERTISING MESSAGES.¶
It is unlawful for any person to use or cause to be used any electrical or electronic attachments or other devices to any telephone or communication instrument which will, mechanically, electrically, or by any other means dial intrastate calls to different telephone numbers in sequence and transmit a recorded message to any person within the city of Santa Cruz without prior written consent of the persons called.
