16.16 — SEVERABILITY

§ 16.16.010. Severability.¶

If any provision of this title is invalidated by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this title shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect. (Ord. 3883, 1977; Ord. 5675, 2014)
