§ 29.92.001. Variances, Modifications, Conditional Use Permits and Zone Changes.¶

The regulations set forth in Chapters 28.92 and 28.94 of Title 28 or Chapters 30.215, 30.235, 30.250 and 30.275 of Title 30, the Zoning Ordinance, shall apply to the granting of variances, modifications, conditional use permits and zone changes.
