Santa Barbara County Municipal Code Art. XV Fees to Examine Records of Survey

The board of supervisors may by resolution establish fees for the examination of records of survey for accuracy and compliance with appropriate provisions of law. Fees may exceed one hundred dollars as provided in California Business and Professions Code section 8766.5, but shall be established at such rate that the revenue generated from such fees does not exceed the costs of providing the service.
