(a) The 2022 California Building Standards Code (the part known as the California Administrative Code or the California Building Standards Administrative Code (part 1)), as promulgated by the California Building Standards Commission, identifying various state agencies, boards, commissions and departments responsible for creation of building regulations to implement the state's statutes as found in the California Code of Regulations, title 24, including appendences, is hereby adopted by the city, except as otherwise provided herein.

(b) One copy of the California Administrative Code is on file in the office of the building official and is available for public review.
