Sanger Municipal Code § 14-201 Adopted; purpose; copy on file

(a) The 2022 California Building Standards Code (this part known as the California Energy Code (part 6)), as promulgated by the California Building Standards Commission, regulating energy efficiency standards, including appendences, is hereby adopted by the city except as otherwise provided herein. The "Administrative Provisions of the Sanger Building Code" as detailed in section 14-6 shall apply to the administration of the California Energy Code and all references in the administrative provisions of the Sanger Building Code shall mean and include the California Energy Code, as amended by this article.

(b) One copy of the California Energy Code is on file in the office of the building official and is available for public review.
